The decrease is : 2 stitches are combined into 1 stitch.

Insert the hook into the first stitch then yarn around the hook, and then bring the yarn through the stitch hole.

There are 2 loops on the hook.

Continue insert the hook into the next stitch, then do a yarn over and bring the yarn through the stitch hole.

There are 3 loops on the hook.

Yarn around the hook again and bring the yarn through 3 loops on the hook.
